Vlog: The Five-Minute Study Reset
A short visual routine for pausing, retrieving one idea, and choosing a manageable next step before returning to study.

A small reset before more effort
When a study session loses direction, adding more time rarely solves the real problem. Pause long enough to make the work visible again.
Close the notes and retrieve one important idea from the previous session. Say it aloud or write it in a single sentence. Then choose one next action that can be completed without reorganizing the entire plan.
Keep the next step concrete
“Study more” is difficult to begin. “Explain the difference between these two concepts without notes” creates a clear start and a visible finish.
The reset is brief by design. It does not replace rest or a realistic schedule. It simply helps a learner return with intention instead of continuing through momentum alone.
